ClassMonitor creates learning products for young learners between the ages of 0 - 8 years. ClassMonitor has a customer base in more than 700 cities in India and 20 other countries. (

Responsibilities The Social Media Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales revenue through effective utilization of social media platforms. The Social Media Sales Executive should possess strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:  Lead Conversion  Monitor social media channels for potential leads and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.  Engage with prospects, nurture relationships, and convert leads into customers.  Client Relationship Management:  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through social media interactions.  Understand client needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions.  Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.  Sales Performance and Target Achievement:  Set ambitious sales targets and develop strategies to achieve or exceed them.  Track and analyze sales performance.

Qualifications  UG/PG in Marketing or any relatable field.  Freshers are also welcome.  Excellent communication and presentation skills.  Proficient in English.  Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.  Persistent and results-oriented.

Salary - Up to 20k plus performance based incentives .
