As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Pupscribe, you will have the unique opportunity to combine your passion for pets with your expertise in strategic marketing. You will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and overseeing marketing initiatives that engage pet owners, drive brand awareness, and contribute to our growth. Your understanding of the pet care journey, coupled with your strategic marketing skills, will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategies and connecting with our community.

As the Digital Marketing Specialist at Pupscribe, you will

• Formulate, implement & manage innovative strategies to grow brands in India. 
• Lead the online and offline marketing team activities, ensuring it aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
• Continuously analyze market changes, consumer trends, and competitor actions to adapt the marketing plan as needed.
• Provide comprehensive product information to enable the sales team's success.
• Manage, refine, and expand our social media presence to engage our target audience.
• Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, using insights to enhance future strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to support decisions.
• Collaborate on branding initiatives that resonate with our audience.
• Develop and implement creative social media strategies aligned with our brand mission and vision.
• Advise on innovative strategies for advertising, PR, social media, and events.
• Work with new business development and sales teams on brand initiatives. 
• Streamline operations & processes within the marketing department. 
• Develop and manage performance marketing, utilizing data-driven approaches.
• Plan and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for new and existing product lines.
• Ensure the marketing strategy aligns with company goals during implementation.
• Efficiently distribute marketing materials to reach the intended audience.
• Leverage data to enhance both internal and external marketing efforts.
• Manage marketing agencies, consultants, and suppliers, including contracts.
• Lead a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, training, and workload management.
• Oversee marketing teams and managers, ensuring efficient operations and goal achievement.
• Collaborate closely with directors on marketing plans, strategies, and reporting.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in product, product marketing, or brand management, preferably within a retail or technology company.
• Success in launching and scaling mass-market consumer products or services that drive business growth and brand strength.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Expertise in creating integrated marketing plans and working with marketing channel owners.
• Excellent communication skills at the executive level.
• Ability to analyze business results and report performance to executive leadership.
• MBA preferred.
• A true passion for pets and our mission.
