WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

This is a newly created position in our Global Service Delivery team. As the People Operations & Compliance Consultant, you will serve as the primary responsible for all our employee background checks and annual re-checks while also supporting with operational tasks related to the hire to retire process in Workday. You will part of our Global Service Delivery team located in Noida, however you will be part of our large Service Delivery team which is located across the globe. You will support the team in facilitating critical employee lifecycle transactions in a seamless way.

Compliance: As our employees are daily working with financial clients and their assets, it is crucial for our business that we are always compliant with legislation and client requirements. All employees need to go through a background check when they are hired. Having a dedicated colleague ensuring these checks and who is paying attention to detail and make sure to follow up on discrepancies are crucial for our company.

Operations: In addition, you will be supporting the team in facilitating and executing employee lifecycle activities in Workday such as change job, move worker, creating supervisory organizations and support with salary review process and performance journey in Workday in a seamless way. Your main role will be to facilitate end-to-end people processes though their full lifecycle in coordination with the Global People Service Delivery team, People Business Partners, and the Center of Excellence teams. We will expect you to also identify areas of improvement, facilitate the change, run projects and be able to involve relevant stakeholders and work on a deadline. You will also play a key role in accomplishing our mission of becoming a truly data-driven organization. To accomplish this, you need an analytical mindset and the ability to apply process excellence in everything you do. You always consider the bigger picture, and you feel excited and proud when your solutions make us work smarter and fulfill the objectives of our internal customers. You might have a background as an external or internal consultant, and you have experience with process optimization.

In addition to the above, you will also be part of our daily operations ensuring that day to day requests is carried out and that our annual processes are run smoothly and timely.
