Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Performs basic problem solving and assistance on various Samsung Portals and Applications.
- Use the Jira Service Manager ticketing system, to create, assign and resolve basic ticket requests. You will also be required to assign ticket to various other JSM boards as well as escalations to the Technical Lead.
- Perform Basic troubleshooting in different application portal such as Password resets, MFA Reset, Account unlocking and Moving users in various OU's.
- Use the application specific Admin console to perform Password resets, MFA Authenticator resets, re-submit pending invitation to members and add users to appropriate groups.
- Use Remote support tools to remotely access user's devices to provide various type of support.
- Use Instant messenger to communicate with users and to monitor IT-related questions as well as providing direct technical support accordingly.
- Using the portal Admin console to provision new users, assign users to specific Groups, perform password resets and whitelist demands.
- Submit your recap of issues, blockages, and escalation on a daily basis to the Tech Support Manager.
- Provisioning adding updating and removing users from jump boxes as per requests.
- Prepare accounts for all new onboarding's.
- Process Onboarding of boarding tickets for External users.
- Remove terminate all access when external user is being of boarded.
The Successful Applicant
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Engineering bachelor level degree or equivalent.
- At least 4 to 6 years of experience as a remote technician or other customer support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365, MS Teams.
- Basic working knowledge of Active Directory, Networking (TCP IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP).
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent communications and documentations skills in English.
- Exp in ITIL process will be preferred.
