Job description
Role: L&D – Manager
Min 12-15 years of experience in developing and executing employee induction programs for new joiners and behavioral programs to employees across the organization. Experience of curating engaging and impactful behavioral training content that resonates with the learning objectives and enhances the organizational culture, specifically for mid and senior management. Experience of designing, developing and delivering impeccable and immersive learning programs that specifically address the needs of our stakeholders. Develop signature program rooted in behavioral and cognitive and social skills for us to deliberate and deliver game changing impact. Work continuously to improve the content of the program and experience of participants. Should have expertise in identifying behavioral training needs, run enterprise level programs building a standard culture and tailoring content to meet specific objectives. Good knowledge on design methodologies and instructional design Expertise on e-learning modules and virtual classrooms NLP certification would be an added advantage.Job tags
