Job description

Role: Inside Sales Specialist

Role Description: To pitch our publications, services & solutions related to medical laws to educational institutions & hospitals.

Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients using all the available digital channels. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients. Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting. Self-motivated and organized, Capable of Managing a high volume of client interactions. Delivering effective product demos to clients. Organizing webinars and other online events to generate leads. Engage in offline marketing events with prospects to generate leads. Work with cross-functional teams and other relevant stakeholders to manage the business requirements. Documenting daily and weekly tasks for tracking and performance measurements Active participation on companies' social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter). Engage proactively in new client acquisition through telephonic and email communication, focusing on remote selling in the health services sector.

Desired Profile A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field Proficient in English speaking and writing Experience in lead generation through extensive & smart cold-calling, market research, LinkedIn usage, account mapping, and email/marketing campaigns. Expert in email and phone call interactions.

Type: On-site

Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday)

Compensation: Salary, Quarterly Incentive and Annual bonus.
