The Consulting Group (CG) of CBRE is a specialized advisory practice that undertakes assignments across a wide variety of real estate assets and works for a broad spectrum of private and public-sector clients. CG’s vast portfolio coverage includes: · Development Advisory · Retail Consulting · Advisory for Emerging Asset Classes (such as data centers, student housing, flex spaces, etc.) · Government Advisory · Masterplanning · Logistics Advisory · Industrial Advisory · Corporate Consulting (Workplace Strategy, Change Management, Occupancy Planning)

Candidate is expected to play the role of a senior consulting subject matter expert leading a team of professionals and will be actively involved across the following areas pertaining to our Hyderabad business: o

Managing the city’s Project Execution Platform

and responsible for highest quality deliverables in alignment with industry best practices. This would include reviewing & storyboarding deliverables, guiding the team through the execution process, managing client priorities as needed §

Including a strong focus on product diversification & innovation o

Business Development : lead our market outreach & BD strategy for the city, including focusing on key client pitches, leading development of key proposals, Global/Regional RFPs, running critical CRM relationships, etc. Including collaborating with other CBRE business lines (FM, Project Management, Transactions) in generating & responding to business opportunities Active client management, beyond projects (including opportunities for end-to-end pitch conversion, scope & fee negotiations, opportunity closure, etc.) · end pitch conversion, scope & fee negotiations, opportunity closure, etc.) o

Team Leadership : Managing and leading the city’s consulting team and shall be responsible for grooming and growth of varied resource layers (in coordination with the Senior Consulting Leadership) o

Client / Competitor Intelligence

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends across major industry sectors and intelligence about key client targets as needed o

Thought Leadership

– contribute to CBRE’s strategic thought leadership platform and play the role of our senior market representative in the city, driving outreach across real estate segments o

Driving Growth & Profitability of the Consulting business in the city with a future forward approach

REQUIREMENTS Educational Qualification · MBA/PGDM from recognized university.

Experience / Requirements · 10+ years’ relevant real estate experience · Utilizes an entrepreneurial approach and develops innovative solutions · People management skills · Demonstrates team leadership skills · Fosters a strong service-orientation and an “advisory role” in client relationships · Ability to think strategically and analytically to drive the desired results · Problem solving and root cause identification skills · Real Estate Market and Financial skills - Requires in-depth knowledge of real estate markets, financial metrics and principles with ability to write and steer business cases · Exceptional written and oral communication skills are essential together with strong powers of persuasion · Ability to effectively present information · Ability to monitor and coordinate all types of projects with limited or indirect supervision
