Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Amritsar at The Bagh Gourmet Garden and Bar. The Head Chef will be responsible for designing the menu, overseeing the kitchen staff, and ensuring that all food meets high-quality standards. The Head Chef will also work closely with other departments and management to ensure consistency in quality, flavor, and presentation. Qualifications Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations Ability to manage and train kitchen staff Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Strong organizational and communication skills Highly creative and able to develop innovative menu ideas Bachelor's degree or higher in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred Experience in a fine-dining establishment is a plusJob tags
