Job description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Female Customer Care Executive to join our team. As a Customer Care Executive you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be the voice of our brand and provide excellent customer care support to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Primary Interaction with the Customer for order payments New products and other relevant updates.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via telephone email or other channels.
  3. Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  5. Have to pack orders coordinate with delivery partners and keep track of timely delivery.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  8. Develop relationships with customers to build loyalty.

Requirements

Skills Required:

  1. Freshers are welcome or Minimum of 2 years experience as a Customer Care Executive or similar role.
  2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal..
  3. Proven ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and diplomacy.
  4. Strong problemsolving skills.
