Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Bench Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT staffing and sales, with a proven track record of success in bench sales. The Bench Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by promoting our consultants on bench to prospective clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Proactively market our consultants on bench to clients by highlighting their skills, experience, and suitability for open positions. Negotiate contract terms and rates with clients to maximize revenue and profitability. Collaborate with recruiters to align consultant skills with client needs and ensure timely submission of resumes. Track and manage sales activities and pipeline in CRM software to monitor progress towards sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights. Represent the company professionally at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 4-8+ years of experience in bench sales or IT staffing/recruiting. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives. Strong understanding of the IT industry, including technology trends, job roles, and skill requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and consultants. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong drive for results. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
