Responsibilities :

End-to-End Sales Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process for inside Sales / Admission Counselors, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires.

Sourcing & Calling : Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, call them, schedule Interviews, and create walk-ins for Inside Sales / Admission Counselors roles while maintaining a robust pipeline.

Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates qualifications for sales positions.

Stakeholder Management : Coordinate with hiring managers and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates sales skills and cultural fit.

Offer Negotiation : Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.

Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

Background Verification : Oversee background verification processes, ensuring zero BGV failures through meticulous documentation and reporting.

Vendor Management : Manage relationships with external vendors responsible for background checks, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

Requirements :

  1. Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

  2. Proven 1-3 experience in end-to-end recruitment and background verification processes.

  3. Strong understanding of sales processes and requirements.

  4. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and document verification tools.

  7. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing background checks.

  8. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving hiring targets and maintaining BGV integrity.
