Salary: 4-6 L.P.A plus incentives

We are looking for a dynamic and driven executive business development to join our team and help us expand our client base and revenue streams.

 

As an executive business development, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and closing deals that generate revenue and profit for the company. You will also work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer needs.

 

Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in various sectors and regions.

- Reach out to prospective clients via email, phone, social media, and other channels and generate interest in our products and services.

- Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations with potential and existing clients and showcase the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.

- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients and ensure compliance with the company's policies and standards.

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

- Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction and retention.

- Monitor and analyze the performance and feedback of clients and provide suggestions for improvement and optimization.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to communicate customer feedback and requirements and support the development and launch of new products and features.

- Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

- Stay updated on the latest market trends, competitors, and best practices and use them to improve sales strategies and techniques.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

- Food background would be preferable.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and other sales tools and platforms.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven, with a passion for sales and business growth.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure and with tight deadlines.

- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
