Position Title - Delivery Head – SAP Practices (Manager/Senior Manager) Location -Hosur Experience - 12 to 19 Years (Similar Experience in mid- or Large enterprise environment) Qualification
- BE (Computer Science) or ME (Computer Science )(Full Time Compulsory) Reporting to- CITO Direct Reporting - Yes (Approx-6 to 8 Employees) Industry- FMCG/FMCD /Retail/Manufacturing (Service Industry will not considered). Key Responsibilities and Technical Skills:- Delivery Management:- Lead the delivery of user requirements through the SAP Hana Software development lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT architects, developers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless application delivery. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP professionals responsible for system implementation, maintenance, and support. Application Strategy and Roadmap:- Develop functional strategy and roadmap aligned with the IT Strategy, the Company's business goals, and digital transformation initiatives. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to leverage innovative solutions that enhance business processes and user experience. Optimize data management and analytics capabilities through SAP Hana to support data-driven decision-making. Implement business intelligence and reporting tools to provide insights into organizational performance. Maintain the highest standards of data security, compliance, and data governance within the IT environment Project Management:- Manage SAP Solution Development tasks, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. Define Solution scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements. Monitor the progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:- Collaborate with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners to effectively manage outsourced development, maintenance, and support activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business units, and key users to understand their requirements and align application delivery with business needs. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements. Application Support and Maintenance:- Oversee the support and maintenance of SAP environment, ensuring prompt issue resolution, system enhancements, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Implement incident management and problem management processes to minimize application downtime and improve system availability. Ensure SAP initiatives are aligned with industry best practices and technological advancements. Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of robust, reliable, and user-friendly solutions. Coordinate testing activities, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables. Team Leadership and Development:- Provide strong leadership to the SAP team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Mentor and develop SAP team members, provide guidance on technical and functional aspects, and facilitate skill enhancement and career growth. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application delivery processes, methodologies, and tools. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of Solution delivery. Competencies:- The ideal candidate must possess the following competencies:- Analytical skills Strong Interpersonal skills. Excellent business acumen Effective leadership skills Demonstrate knowledge of employee-facing services (personal and group productivity tools, data discovery, intranets, knowledge management, social networks, and technology support) Key Requirements:- Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP Hana ERP is a must Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills Positive attitude and maturity to interact with multi-functional and leadership teams are necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure. Support and drive changes and confront difficult circumstances in creative ways. Remarks:- Looking for stable candidates only (Frequent job changes will be not considered). Team Handling is compulsory (Compulsory to handle On Roll Team). Strong data analytical skills (Working knowledge of Excel is essential).
