Job description
ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support to Conceptualization and execution of Target.com creative content for the Outdoor Living and Home category. Support to Collaboration with various partners from Target India (lighting artist, asset creation etc) and work closely with the Lead Art Director in India and Minneapolis. Support to Create Templates for Outdoor Home Living categories based on Target Brand aesthetics and take periodic approvals for the same from Manager at TII and Lead ACD, CGI at MPLS. Support to Art Direct/Design and style all the product level lifestyle images - scale the template to meet production deadlines upon creative approval from the Lead. Support to Create a library of inspirations, references of stylized images to further elevate the styling skillset. Support to Create concept boards for the product level images to support various functionalities for Target.com content. Support to Collaborate with the Asset creation team by providing styling directions for various assets as and when required. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong photo art direction and styling skills. Some understanding of the CG world and related software. Deep understanding of American design sensibilities and brand aesthetics which will play a key role when art directing the team in India. Should have worked in the field of Interior design/styling for the HOME category. Diploma /Graduate in Interior Design. Work experience of a minimum of 4+ years in the same domain. Proficient in working in larger team settings, collaborating with various partners across geographic. Should possess excellent written and oral communication skills.Job tags
