Job description

Plant Inspection to identify the major gaps.
Moniter the safety implementation in departmental safety meeting.
Cordinate to procure PPE's as per UTCL standard.
Empa on use of PPE's to all level of people by direct intracting.
Generate & review the reports and analysis of Accident.
Feedback to department heads.
Conducting Safety Induction Training.
Coordinate to Training & Capbility Development Sub committee to arrange routine internal/ external safety training programme.
Coordinate with all sub committee & standard champions for 100% implementation the standard & procedures.

Reward & recognition scheme/ programme as per UTCL standard/ guidelines.
Celebration the different health & Safety Related activities (i.e. National Safety Day/Week Campaign, Environment Day/ Fire Service Week etc.)
Coordinate to Campaigning to Training & Capbility Development Sub committee to conduct special campaigning on different safety topics.
