Job description
Overview:
The Product Manager plays a critical role in leading the development implementation and management of the product strategy. They are responsible for defining the product vision gathering and prioritizing product requirements and working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure product success. The Product Manager will drive the product roadmap analyze market trends and gather customer insights to deliver innovative and competitive products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering design and marketing teams to execute product initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and track industry trends.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements and prioritize features.

- Participate in the creation of gotomarket strategies and product positioning.
- Stay updated on industry standards best practices and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to the overall growth and innovation of the companys product portfolio.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in product management preferably in a technology or software company.
- Demonstrated success in launching highquality products to market.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams.
- Deep understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and inspire collaboration.
- Indepth knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
- Experience with agile development practices and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
