• As the Zonal Manager for Ad Space & Events Sales in the East zone, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of advertising space and event sponsorships
• This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the advertising and events industry, and strong leadership skills
• The Zonal Manager will oversee a team of sales professionals, develop and execute sales strategies, and foster relationships with clients and partners

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
• Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that drive ad space and event sales
• Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the East zone
• Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their advertising and event sponsorship requirements
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Revenue Generation:Drive the sale of advertising space across various platforms, including print, digital, and other emerging channels
• Develop and execute strategies to secure sponsorships for events and promotional activities
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Budget Management:Collaborate with finance to set and manage budgets for the East zone's advertising and events sales activities
• Ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI
• Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance sales effectiveness
