Job description
Responsible for driving customer acquisition via GDN, Linkedin, marketing
automation, Drip channel, Re-marketing, and customer segmentation
Understand acquisition, conversion, revenue, and retention strategy
A key part of the responsibility will be to deliver a personalized user experience:
surfacing the right content on the right platform for the right audience
Run lead nurturing campaigns through marketing automation
Build a high-quality lead pipeline at scale
Define and execute ABM strategy for chosen focus accounts, across 1:1 or 1:many
tactics
Handle database management for all geos (across SMB and Large enterprises)
comprising quarterly new account creation
Write/ facilitate compelling copy for different collateral types and audiences
Develop sales enablement materials to educate sales on new product capabilities and
accelerate sales cycles
Maintain competitive intelligence on current and emerging competition
Create and track monthly execution plans in sync with the regional teams
Experience
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Website on-page and off-page optimization, Email Marketing & Analytics.
Should have 4-5 years experience in digital marketing
Should have handled B2B campaigns to drive engagement online as well as generate
leads.
Knowledge in Google Analytics, Adwords, marketing automation
Understanding of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting
mechanisms to capture key metrics
Measuring solutions backed with numbers should be a part of your DNA
Excellent critical thinking skills - effectively weigh the strengths and weaknesses of
different solutions and approaches
Excellent judgment and decision making skills - effectively weigh the relative
cost/benefit of actions
Should have the persistence to drill down into problems until a solution is found.
Should have the ability to process and understand the needs and goals
communicated by stakeholders and ask relevant questions
Excellent communicator - be able to explain complicated information effectively and
patiently.
Excel skills – familiarity with pivot tables and lookups
