Summary We are a rapidly expanding jewelry retail company seeking an experienced and data-driven Exhibition Head to spearhead our event strategy and execution across India and eventually expand globally. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a deep understanding of ROI-driven event planning, marketing & execution, budget management, events performance tracking, and data analysis for the same . This pivotal role will drive revenue growth through meticulously planned and executed exhibitions designed to maximize both direct and indirect returns on investment.

Key Responsibilities

Exhibition Strategy and Planning: ○

Develop a comprehensive annual exhibition/events/ trunk shows strategy aligned with overall company goals, target markets, and brand positioning. ○

Research and identify high-potential events, trade shows, and exhibitions across India and globally that align with the target audience. ○

Conduct market research to identify potential audience demographics and tailor exhibition strategies accordingly. ○

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure synergy between exhibition goals and overall business objectives.

Budgeting and Financial Management: ○

Develop detailed budgets for each event, including space rental, booth design, travel, staffing, logistics, and promotional costs. ○

Strictly manage budgets and proactively identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising exhibition quality. ○

Forecast event expenses and revenue potential accurately. ○

Own and be accountable for the P/L (Profit and Loss) of the exhibitions function.

Event Execution: ○

Oversee all aspects of exhibition planning and execution, including booth design, logistics, staffing, lead generation strategies, and promotional activities. ○

Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and event organizers to secure the best possible terms and conditions. ○

Lead and motivate the on-site event team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and the effective representation of the brand.

Performance Tracking and Analysis: ○

Establish clear KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for measuring the success of each exhibition (e.g., sales revenue, leads generated, brand awareness, website traffic, footfall). ○

Develop robust systems for collecting and tracking relevant data during and after events. ○

Analyze event data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement. ○

Prepare insightful reports for management, demonstrating the direct and indirect ROI of exhibitions and justifying investment decisions.

Qualifications and Experience ●

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. ●

Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in exhibition management, event planning, or a similar role within the retail or luxury goods sector. ●

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. ●

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously. ●

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ●

Experience leading and managing teams effectively. ●

Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively as a self-starter.
