Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager in Madurai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the company's human resources activities, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. The Human Resources Manager will also develop and execute HR policies and procedures, and work closely with other departments to ensure a positive and productive work culture.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in human resources management, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other departments and to manage cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
- Experience in the technology and marketing industry is a plus
