Role: Healthcare Recruiter

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primarily working on Healthcare/ Clinical requirements from Direct Clients like CNA LPN RN etc.
• Negotiating with consultants on the hourly rate package and Annual rate package.
• Working on Job Portals (Monster Career Builder Indeed etc.)
• Mass mailing Cold Calling Requirement Sending Relationship Building sourcing.
• Attending weekly update meeting and reporting to manager.
• Resource mapping resume screening problem solving and issue resolution.
• EndtoEnd coordination of interview between prime vendor third party vendors clients and consultants.
• Setting up interviews for consultants.
