Machine Learning Engineer(Gen AI) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI and over 8 years of experience to join our dynamic AI development team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the latest machine learning techniques, with a proven track record of developing and deploying generative models that drive innovation and technical advancements. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain machine learning systems with a focus on generative models such as GANs, VAEs, and autoregressive models. Collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Generative AI. Develop high-quality, scalable, and reliable machine learning models and pipelines, ensuring best practices in code, documentation, and MLOps. Stay abreast of developments in Generative AI and machine learning to ensure the adoption of state-of-the-art practices and technologies. Perform rigorous testing and validation to ensure models perform accurately and efficiently in various conditions and datasets. Optimize existing machine learning systems for performance and scalability. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior ML engineers and team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence. Communicate complex concepts and the results of the analyses in a clear and effective manner to stakeholders and team members. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field. 8+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a significant focus on generative AI. Proficiency in Python and key machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and scikit-learn. Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of MLOps principles and tools. Strong knowledge of generative models, deep learning, and statistical machine learning algorithms. Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and robust code in a collaborative environment. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Job tags
