Job Title: Regional Sales ManagerDept: FAN DivisionLocation West BengalRoles and Responsibilities:Responsible to drive business with P& L accountability.Work closely with Sales Head to strategize, grow and nurture business across all product categories & customers in the branch.Understand and identify sales opportunities.Accountable to achieve set targets in his region.Building & handling the distribution network to ensure regular supply & service to the trade/market.Monitoring, controlling, motivating, training & effectively handling the sales team to meet the desired goals.Day to Day monitoring of field force, taking proper reporting from them.working out plan for sales promotional activities, trade schemes.Skills Required:Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.12-18 years of sales experience in consumer durable industry with experience in managing sales teams and developing sales strategies.Education Qualification :Graduation/Post GraduationIndustry: Fan and Lighting.
