1) Contact potential Should possess strong experience in IT infrastructure sales and IT services to potential customers.
2) Cold Calling, and setting up appointments, and meetings with the IT manager/decision maker for lead Generation.
3) customers via outbound telephone calls and cold calling for the purpose of selling IT infrastructure solutions and services.
4) Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients.
5) Managed and build relationship with existing customers.
6) Follow up with clients. Keep a track of potential customers and their requirements.
7) Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services.
8) Address all complaints of the customers and make sure that they are resolved in time and within the guidelines given.
9) Preparing and sending proposals and following up for any pending payments with clients.
10) Meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1) 2-3 years of experience in direct sales. Targeting SME, corporate companies, and Enterprises with good communication skills.
2) Should have sound knowledge on IT sales & Marketing/lead Generation.
3) Good Excellent written and oral communication.
4) Should be willing to travel for meetings Within Tamil Nadu or outside (if required)
5) Proactive and creative thinker.
6) Responsible for achieving the assigned targets
7) Self-Starter and highly motivated.
8) Willingness to learn and be creative within the role.
9) Need to have a hunger for achieving sales targets.
10) Freshers are also welcome.
11) Must have good business analytical skills for client project requirements understanding.
12) Should have a knowledge/experience in bidding and proposal posting.
13) Ability to make presentations to the customer
