Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, with an emphasis on BPO and communication skills. Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
• Promote and sell company products or services
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate departments
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction by consistently exceeding customer expectations
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer success goals
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
• Adhere to all customer care procedures, guidelines, and standards
