Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ice Cream Quality Assurance/New Product Development Specialist to play a pivotal role in our company's growth. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and drive new product development initiatives from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs. - Implement and maintain robust quality assurance programs to uphold product quality and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process. - Conduct thorough product testing, analysis, and evaluation to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology or related field; Master's degree in Dairy Chemistry or Dairy Microbiology preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the ice cream or yogurt industry, with a strong background in quality assurance and new product development. - Proven expertise in food safety management systems, quality control processes, and regulatory requirements.
