Overview The Financial Services Associate - Insurance Sales plays a crucial role in driving the insurance sales and financial services business for the organization. This position is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying their insurance needs, and providing them with suitable financial products and services. The Financial Services Associate will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and offer them comprehensive insurance solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Key Responsibilities - Identify and solicit potential clients for insurance products and financial services.
- Educate clients on various insurance options, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance.
- Analyze clients' financial situations and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Promote and sell insurance policies and other financial products to meet clients' needs.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service.
- Assist clients in claims processes and provide support during policy renewals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare and present financial planning proposals to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in networking events and community outreach activities to expand the client base.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Experience in insurance sales (e.g., Life and Health Insurance License).
- Proven experience in insurance sales and financial services, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, investment options, and financial planning.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to assess clients' financial needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and financial analysis tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to build trusting relationships with clients.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Adherence to ethical and professional standards in the finance and insurance industry.
