Job description
We are looking for an HR assistant to join our team and support our HR department with various administrative and HR duties. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and payroll processes, and providing clerical support to our HR managers and staff.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have - A bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- At least one year of experience in an HR or administrative role
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Your Main Duties Will Include - Updating and maintaining employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Processing payroll and benefits information and ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws
- Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR department, such as preparing reports, letters, and documents, answering phone calls and emails, and coordinating meetings and events
- Responding to employee inquiries and requests regarding HR issues, policies, and procedures
- Good and Fluent English for the Fresher applying Candidates.
Location: Mulund, Mumbai
Salary: Up to 15k (Depends Upon your Interview)
