What we are looking for: We are seeking a

Digital Marketing Project Manager

who excels in overseeing digital paid campaigns, SEO, and social media management. This role demands an individual who can seamlessly integrate vendor collaboration with in-house digital and content marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional campaign planning, execution skills, and an in-depth understanding of SEO practices across various projects. Your

central goal

will be to ensure the effective implementation of digital marketing strategies, incorporating both internal team coordination and external vendor management. Your role is pivotal in aligning campaign strategies with overall marketing objectives, enhancing online presence, and driving significant digital engagement.

Responsibilities and Capabilities: Digital Campaign Management: Initiate and set up digital advertising campaigns in collaboration with vendors. Create and align ad copies with campaign strategies and objectives. Ensure proper campaign implementation as per pre-campaign strategies. Collaborate with vendors for quality checks and necessary campaign adjustments. Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns, reviewing and optimizing bidding strategies. Oversee campaign settings, including targeting, scheduling, and keyword strategies. Ensure accuracy in tracking and conversion metrics for effective performance measurement. SEO Responsibilities: Coordinate with the SEO team for effective implementation across multiple projects. Conduct thorough SEO competitor analysis and optimize website elements including meta titles, robots.txt files, and link profiles. Manage XML sitemaps submissions, address crawl errors, and optimize on-page SEO elements. Audit and manage the backlink profile, monitor brand mentions, and manage online reputation. Implement and manage schema markup and structured data. Stay informed about the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm updates. Social Media Management: Develop, write, and publish compelling social media content. Regularly update social media strategies based on market trends. Perform detailed competitor analysis on social media platforms.

Essential Skills: Strong understanding of SEO and PPC campaigns, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies. Proven experience in digital campaign management, SEO, and social media. Proficient in B2B social media content creation and management. Strong skills in vendor management and campaign coordination. Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media management tools like HubSpot. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. At least 4+ years’ experience directly managing projects across SEO, PPC, and social media 1-2 years in a customer facing role A degree in Advertising/Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus. Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, HubSpot, and related digital marketing tools
