Job description

1. To provide high customer satisfaction by making sure that the customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company and to promote business growth by expanding the customers.
2. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines at all levels.
3. To establish and maintain a high standard of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) as per HMIL norms and enhance the brand image of Chandra Hyundai.
4. Ensure recording the customer satisfaction level through ratings during PSF calls.
5. Responsible to increase the service ROs by following up with the customers through Reminder calls.
To proactively understand Customer's satisfaction & dissatisfaction levels and satisfy them.
