Job Title: Mainframe Developer Position: Senior Software Engineer Experience: 5- 8 Years Category: Software Development/ Engineering Main location: India, Karnataka, Bangalore Position ID: J0224-0947 Employment Type: Full Time Budget: 14-18 LPA We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Your future duties and responsibilities - Perform analysis, design, development and testing of various billing application components; - Ability to understand users' business requirements and translate them to specifications; - Produce technical documentation; stay attuned to latest technologies; - Interface with customers when required; - Work with the team members located in a different location Required Work Experience: - 5+ years of application programming and analysis experience required in the Mainframe environment; - Broad level of understanding surrounding information systems and application architecture standards required; - Experience designing, developing and testing applications using proven or emerging technologies; Required qualifications to be successful in this role Skills: COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS Years of experience: 5- 7 Years Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad Notice period: Immediate to 30 DaysJob tags
