Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Pathankot. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's human resources practices, policies, and procedures. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for the following: Talent acquisition and Recruitment Payrolls and attendance management Training and Development Employee relations and Engagement Performance Management Policy Development and Legal Compliance Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in human resources management and administration Familiarity with employment regulations and laws Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures Experience with employee recruitment and talent development Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred Experience working in the architecture, interiors, or construction industry is also a plus. Salary Package: 15k - 20k per month The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.Job tags
