Automation Architect Location: Bengaluru OR Pune OR Chennai OR Hyderabad OR Vadodara Type: Remote-Hybrid Number of Positions: 3 Years of Experience Required: 10 to 16 Years Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using C# and other relevant technologies. Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and define automation strategies. Lead the evaluation and selection of automation tools, ensuring they align with project goals and technical requirements. Drive automation initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve overall software quality. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior automation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation frameworks, processes, and best practices. Monitor automation test results, investigate failures, and implement corrective actions as needed. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in automation technologies, recommending enhancements to existing frameworks and methodologies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development and automation. Expertise in C# programming language and .NET framework. Proven experience designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, testing techniques, and quality assurance principles. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and coaching junior team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Job tags
