Knowledge of all safety Standard
WCM concepts,
Budget preparation
SAP knowledge on PM&MM module
To increase the Availability of Roller press and Ball Mill.
To reduce the Roller press ball mill power
To identify and implement the improvement jobs
Safety standards implementation 100%
Implementation of maintenance system-SAP PM module 100%
WCM implementation
JOB PROFILE :

Cement Mill (Roller press -Ball Mill) Maintenance and Belt conveyor maintenance
KRA 1: Experience in maintenance of Roller press, Ball Mill
KRA 2: Knowledge of all safety Standard
KRA 3: SAP knowledge on PM&MM module
KRA 4: Reduction fugitive emission -dust and spillage by improvement ideas
KRA 5: WCM concepts
