Key Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in Tally and Excel. Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions. Filing GST returns and TDS compliance. Reconciling bank statements and other financial reports. Assisting the Accounts Head with various accounting tasks. Ensuring adherence to company financial policies and procedures. Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance (Preferred) Minimum 1 year of accounting experience with knowledge of Excel and Tally. Strong understanding of GST and TDS compliance. Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the construction industry (a plus). Knowledge of accounting software beyond Tally and Excel.
