Come join Intuit as a 'Group Manager (Manager, M3), Technical Program Management' with the Small Business and Self Employed Group (SBSEG). In this role you will drive and optimize delivery for the QuickBooks Online Advanced (QBO Advanced) organization and drive top growth and innovation outcomes for Mid-Market customers through your leadership of a team of program managers doing the best work of their lives.
You will leverage your broad program management experience to accelerate business outcomes by delivering successfully against high organizational standards. You will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage your resources, successfully driving a portfolio of vital programs. You will quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect throughout the organization at all levels, and be viewed as a team player and strategic partner
. 10+ years of experience in Program Management and 5+ years of experience managing program teams in a technology
environment
. Strong technology background, preferably direct software development experience
. Strong program management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, lead long-term programs, and to manage
multiple programs simultaneously within a program portfolio
. Demonstrated experience connecting disparate groups across an organization to accelerate outcomes
. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels to build strong partnerships across
organizations
. Agile training and experience preferred
. Experience attracting, hiring, coaching and developing top talent
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
. Bachelor's Degree required (science, project management, or business administration), Masters degree preferred
. Drive delivery of cross functional programs composed of our most critical platform/capability initiatives for our QBO Advanced
team, based in India.
. Lead and develop a team of high caliber program managers, creating an environment where they can do the best work of their
lives
. Partner with the SBSEG PMO leadership team to establish consistent best practices for program execution and craft excellence
. Become an established leader with cross-functional leaders (PM/PD/XD)
. Continuously improve the operating framework that enables teams to achieve their goals
. Provide an informed point of view on our platform strategy
. Mitigate risk and solve problems through innovative ideas and solutions
. Be a leader/teacher who role models leadership and domain expertise
