Job description
- The Training Coordinator is responsible for managing all Classroom Training activities and programs for the Learning and Development team, including performing all administrative tasks in the LMS as well as coordination for local delivery logistics of classroom programs
- This role is also responsible for providing ongoing support of the Learning and Development inbox and Symposium tool
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Identify the training needs within an organization through TNI (Staff and DL).
Responsible for staff training and development.
Prepare the LCF/TCF (Leadership/Technical Competency Framework) for staff employees.
Prepare the yearly and monthly training calendar for staff and blue collar respectively and execute training as per the plan.
Arrange the training details & Documents for Audit and other purposes.
Designing and assessing the training programs.(For Shop Floor Employees)
Maintaining the training record of every training (Monthly MIS).
Developing multi-skill manpower to avoid skill gap.
Handling internal and external audit related to L&D section..
Training coordination and plan-Calendar, budget, Feedback & Analysis for a
- On behalf of Learning & Development managers in Human
- Development and other potential requestors, manage the administration of all classroom training courses in the LMS, including:
- Act as primary subject matter expert for Classroom and Session development LMS administration tasks for Jabil.
- Develop and document all processes for the above programs so that
- Training Coordinators in other sites / regions can easily follow and duplicate the process and provide a consistent support model.
- Ensure timely preparation of information and material as required for classroom training programs. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree required.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or similar degree preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years work-related experience required, preferably in Human Resources role
- Previous Education and E-learning knowledge
Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
