Job description
• Manage project costs, budgets and client expectations
• Anticipate and make recommendations for client needs
• Be exceptionally responsive to all client requests
• Understanding the client's needs and the internal resources available to you throughout the production cycle by clearly and proactively managing communications between our staff and clients
• Coordinate projects by communicating effectively with client & operations team to follow all steps to ensure project stays on track
• Work with Operations team to bring ideas into the mix, offer suggestions, research, ability to share & constantly learn new technology.
• Provide EXCELLENT customer service with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion
• Providing clients with analysis of data received via mystery shopping
• Providing clients with Mystery shopping insights
• Handling any reporting requirement from the client
Skills:
• Must have excellent English communication , both written & verbal.
• Must have strong follow-up skills. Strong statistical and analytical skills, able to perform in-depth analysis, compile and interpret results
• Must be well versed in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Advanced PowerPoint, Excel ( Advanced excel is mandatory).
• Must have excellent phone skills & etiquette.
• Must be willing to learn new things
