Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant to the Directors office supporting in various administrative, organizational, and communication tasks. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can handle a wide range of responsibilities, maintain confidentiality, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management:

Manage the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

Prioritize and coordinate appointments based on importance and urgency.

Travel Arrangements:

Plan and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries for the MD.

Book flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and comfort.

Communication Management:

Screen and manage the MD's emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

Draft and edit emails, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the MD.

Meeting Coordination:

Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, attendance tracking, and minutes taking.

Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and necessary materials are available.

Information Management:

Maintain and update important documents, files, and records.

Ensure access to critical information and data when needed.

Manage the MD's professional contacts and databases.

Special Projects:

Assist the MD in various special projects and initiatives as required.

Conduct research, prepare presentations, and provide support for strategic initiatives.

Confidentiality:

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and business matters.

Qualifications:

MBA Finance (Full time )

Proven 5 to 6 experience as an Executive Assistant with Top Management

Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Budget - 12 to 15 LPA

Experience - 3-6 Years
