Supply Chain Consulting and Solution experts Work Location: Pan India Years of experience: 8-14
Desired experience Level: 8-14 Years of experience with excellent understanding of end-to-end Supply chain functions such as Demand Forecasting & Inventory planning Should have worked with Supply chain Consulting organizations in a leadership role and have proven skills of developing Supply chain solutions and actively supported in Strategic assessments, Pre-Sales and Post sales activities. Deep exposure and hands on experience in automotive/ discrete manufacturing Industry Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead and influence at all the levels. Responsibilities Own growth targets with Solution Leader for selling and delivering the new service offering/solutions. Interface with multiple internal competency teams in architecting solutions/platforms Identify new partners and work with current external Supply chain partners, both large scale ones and niche Startup companies to build digital solutions in above areas. Lead customer workshops and presentations across end-to-end Supply chain function and develop team with core skills, and governance structures, to ensure delivery success. Lead short term Supply chain consulting assignments as part of any existing engagement or new diagnostic assessments. Understand client needs, develop benchmark framework, and drive efforts to collate benchmark data across global engagements, analyses and provide insights on trends, best in class practice, evaluate potential improvements in process by comparing with internal/ eternal benchmark data. Contribute to thought leadership publications, Webinars, participate in marketing events and own creating and rolling out focused Campaigns. Analyzes and recommends digital & enterprise architecture principles, policies to be used in development of the Solution architecture. Capable of overseeing and documenting business model, business requirements, data points etc Capable of building business capability map, business governance plan, capability maturity map etc. Willingness to travel 20%-40% Internal Focus: Leading the process to identify and evaluate internal digital assets, capabilities and strengths to position right solutions with right stakeholders within prospective customers. Providing a single point of coordination and oversight for all Supply chain initiatives and transformation projects across industries of Discrete manufacturing, Automobile etc. Working with internal entrepreneurs (e.g., Innovation team) and senior management to identify disruptive opportunities in digital space. External Focus: Asses external digital opportunities, competition and threats as key inputs to align/shape-up digital offerings focused on geographies / specific accounts. Lead consulting engagements for customers to drive digital transformation Initiatives. Drive large digital transformations programs for customers on an ongoing basis. Interacting with CXOs – mainly, outside CIO’s office to help them envision their future through Digital possibilities and thus to identify opportunities for Digital interventions. Working with alliance partners in joint Go to Market strategy/planning and in delivering customer project Experience/Knowledge Required Domain Focus Experience and good understanding of value chains and macro-dynamics of any of these industry verticals: · Automotive or Discrete Manufacturing Emerging Digital Focus (Desired skills) Good exposure of following new age digital capabilities, applicability, limitations and risks of emerging technologies: · Digital Supply Chain Applications e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP IBP, Demantra Business Process Focus (Required skill) Understanding of key business processes across the value chain of a particular industry vertical: Demand Planning & Forecasting · Inventory Optimization Education Qualification: Must have bachelor’s degree in supply chain or equivalent fields. MBA from Top Tier business school would be a plus, though not mandatory. CPIM / CSCP/ SPSM or other Supply chain certifications would be a plus, though not mandatory.Job tags
