Job Description We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented analyst to join our organization who will play a pivotal role in providing insights, and supporting informed decision-making. Technology Stack Experience Advanced Excel (VBA, Macros, Vlookup, Hlookup) Reporting Google Sheets Power User Experience with any data pulling tool like SQL will be an added advantage [desired not mandatory] Responsibilities: Data Collection & Analysis Reporting & visualization – Prepare regular reports and update dashboards using client’s internal tech stack & excel and communicate information to stakeholders within the organization Business Insights – Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to provide data insights and identify opportunities for process improvements within workforce. Adhoc analysis – Conduct adhoc analysis as requested by management to address specific process related questions or challenges. Role Experience: Financial modeling, data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. excel, any data visualization tools) is an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently to meet stringent deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills Qualification Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification [CMA, CPA] is a plus. Excellent problem solving and communication skills, ability to work independently or as a team player. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data to non-technical audience Understanding of cost components & knowledge of payroll systems and processes [desired not mandatory]Job tags
