Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET and SQL solutions, with over 12 years of technology experience and at least 5 years in product development. This role involves strategic roadmap planning, team management, and close collaboration with both development and business teams to drive product success in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company goals and market needs.
- Lead the architecture and design of web and mobile applications, ensuring robust, scalable, and innovative solutions.
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, testers and business professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Hand on Development on some of the high impact modules and extensions of the product
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve the product and address emerging needs.
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in technology, with at least 5 years in product management roles.
- Proven expertise in .NET and SQL, with a strong understanding of web and mobile application architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing product life cycles.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of driving teams towards a common vision.
