The Junior Architect/Junior Interior Designer at Colonelz Constructions Pvt Ltd is responsible for handling architectural and interior design aspects of projects independently, guided by the Principal Designer and Senior Architects. This role involves tasks such as drawing, planning, drafting, site visits, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Principal Designer and Senior Architects to ensure the seamless execution of architectural and interior design projects.
  • Preparation of BOQs: Develop detailed Bill of Quantities, design plans, and complete construction documents. Assist in creating building plans and contribute to material presentations.
  • Site Evaluation and Quality Control: Support the Principal Designer in site evaluation, quality assessments, and design checks. Assist in overseeing quality control measures and help with the design process and sample collection.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to compare on-site conditions with architectural plans and ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Design Explanation: Explain designs to relevant teams and collaborate with the production and dispatch department to manage manufacturing orders and meet project timelines.
  • Material Procurement: Plan, indent, and release orders for materials required for projects.
  • Vendor Coordination: Maintain active communication with vendors for sample acquisition and meetings related to project materials.
