Job Description:
We are looking for a Training & Implementation Executive to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The Training & Implementation Executive will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
To be a successful Training & Implementation Executive, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization. You will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint. Ultimately, as a Training & Implementation Executive you will be working closely with sales, support and development to ensure that each and every staff preserves their relationship with the clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Understanding the product and demonstrating all functionalities to a customer.
2. Onboarding the customer and supporting them to implement the product.
3. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
4. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
5. Keeping customers updated on the latest updates.
6. Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
7. Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
8. Understanding customer individual needs and addressing these.
9. Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
