Job Overview:
We are seeking a Product Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research, analysing data, and generating insights that will inform our product development and strategy. The Product Analyst will work closely with the product management team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet the needs of our students and users.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities in the edtech market
- Work with the product management team to define product goals and objectives
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create user-friendly and effective product solutions
- Create reports and presentations that summarise research findings and recommendations
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest edtech trends and technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in product analysis, market research, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent SQL and Excel Skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
