Job Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at RCOR, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and implementing strategies to elevate our brand presence and drive lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and proposing tailored software solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of software solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create engaging and persuasive marketing collateral, including website content, case studies, and white-papers.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, to optimise our online presence.
- Analyse marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in software sales or a related industry, with a demonstrable history of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the software or IT industry.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and articulate their business value to clients.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaign performance.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Preferred certifications: Sales training or certifications in sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales and Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or relevant digital marketing certifications.
