Job Description:

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at RCOR, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and implementing strategies to elevate our brand presence and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and proposing tailored software solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of software solutions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Create engaging and persuasive marketing collateral, including website content, case studies, and white-papers.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, to optimise our online presence.
• Analyse marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in software sales or a related industry, with a demonstrable history of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the software or IT industry.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and articulate their business value to clients.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaign performance.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Preferred certifications: Sales training or certifications in sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales and Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or relevant digital marketing certifications.
