Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Faridabad. The Office Assistant will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calls and correspondence, scheduling appointments, and various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

• Phone etiquette and communication skills
• Excellent administrative assistance skills
• Proficiency in using office equipment (such as printers and scanners)
• Clerical skills (such as data entry and filing)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (such as Word and Excel)
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
