Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Monitoring Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for conducting system monitoring activities, performing analytical tasks, providing customer service, and conducting research.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with system monitoring
• Ability to conduct research and analyze data
• Experience in monitoring tools like Kibana, grafana etc
• Experience in SQL
• Experience in networking
• Experience in IT or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Additional skills that would be beneficial for this role include experience with network monitoring tools, knowledge of scripting languages, and familiarity with ITIL practices.
