Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist focused on lead generation, customer satisfaction, and communication. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for customer service, including handling customer queries, pre-sales, and post-sales support, as well as upselling our products and services through relationship building. This role is based in our Noida office.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Experience in achieving sales targets and generating leads
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and resolve their queries efficiently
• Experience in creating and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify opportunities and improve customer satisfaction
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred
