Job description
Maintenance management of equipments in the operation, adhering to timelines, targets, resource targets and cost targets
Excellent analytical skills to understand complex problems and develop solutions Support production in commissioning internal/external processes/equipment, establish action plans and train relevant maintenance and production resourcesProposes and manages the annual maintenance budget. Monitors the costs and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and determines actions to cost issues as necessary.
Collaborates with operation team in the definition of maintenance plans for production lines and recommends methods to improve reliability, ongoing maintenance and safety of equipment.
Carries out routine set-up and adjustments as well as simple repairs and fits simple replacement parts.
Ensures availability of required spares/tools to execute the assigned maintenance work according to work flow.
Develops and implements life cycle management procedures for all new and existing equipment
Manages and updates technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.
Solves major technical, equipment or facilities problems in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines. Maintains tools and repair equipment in good working order.
Responds to emergencies, safety observations, break-downs, malfunctions and other operating problems to minimize disruption to production process.
Implements health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives to ensure safety of people and resources.
Participates in the definition of action plans, training of relevant maintenance and production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up.
